Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship to all addresses within Australia via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days โ $9.95 AUD
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days โ $14.95 AUD
Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $150 AUD
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post website.
Remote & Regional Areas
Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take an additional 2-5 business days beyond the standard timeframe.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. We are working on expanding our shipping to New Zealand and other regions. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@palpa.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
