Our alpargatas run true to Australian sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a snug fit. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements and conversion charts.

Standard shipping within Australia takes 5-10 business days. Express shipping (2-4 business days) is also available at checkout. All orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. Visit our Returns Policy page for full details. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are also entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods.

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or submerging in water, as this can damage the jute sole. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush on the canvas upper.

Yes! Our alpargatas feature a rubber base on the jute sole for added durability and grip. They're perfect for everyday wear — from the beach to the city. However, avoid prolonged exposure to water as it can weaken the natural jute over time.
